Carney Tire & Car Care Center Tire Pros

My husband had to put the spare on my truck on a Monday night due to a screw in my tire. Called Carney Tire on Tuesday morning and they had no problem with me dropping off my tire the same day. While I was dropping off the tire (10 minutes after I called) They made sure the spare was securely on the truck before I went to work. After work, I stopped to pick up the (permanently patched) tire and while I was there, they put the tire back on the truck and also put my spare back - all for $53. The staff was super nice and efficient. They have definitely earned a loyal customer!

Recently I went to Carney Tire for the second time. Everyone I have dealt with/ interacted with has been pleasant, helpful, efficient , professional and knowledgeable. I feel as though the services provided have been very good and the cost reasonable. My most recent visit I received help from Calvin, Karl and Dan. Thank you Calvin for driving me to and from Carney Tire so I didn’t have to wait in the shop. Thank you Karl for providing me with a reminder for the next service appointment.

I recently took my vehicle to Carney Tire for a comprehensive list of services, including replacing two front tires, an alignment, and changing the brake fluid, differential fluid, and transfer case fluid. While the staff was polite, I experienced two significant issues with the quality control of my visit. First, there was a mechanical oversight. After the service, I discovered that the transfer case fluid had been slightly overfilled and, more importantly, the fill bolt was left loose. This could have caused severe drivetrain damage if left unnoticed. Second, there was a billing error. I noticed a 100 dollar overcharge on my invoice for extra oil that my vehicle did not require. Fortunately, I know enough about cars to catch these mistakes. When I brought the vehicle back and pointed out the issues, the shop did the right thing—they tightened the bolt, corrected the fluid level, and refunded the 100 dollar overcharge. I appreciate that they resolved their mistakes quickly and without a fight once confronted. However, customers shouldn't need mechanical expertise just to ensure their vehicle is safe to drive and their billing is accurate. I hope management uses this feedback to im

Came here after a suggestion from my husband to get my rear driver side tire looked at. I was greeted immediately as I entered. I informed the attendant I was concerned about the rear driver side tire after hitting a curb. Me and the attendant walked out and looked at the tire. They were able to find a tire for my car as well as squeeze me during the mid-afternoon rush. I was told it could take about 2 hours and informed that I could utilize the coffee/tea machine, cookies,TV, and lounge area to wait. The wait was less than 2 hours but I was pleased that the service was quick
